Val is amazing and we are so thankful for her expertise and friendship. Over the course of two years, she helped us to secure a rental home, buy a home and sell a home. We like to joke that we kept her on her toes! We have moved out of the area due to my husband’s job, but if we ever return to the Guelph area, Val will be the Realtor we choose.
